How it Works
Permanent Life Insurance provides lifelong coverage that can continue into retirement as long as premiums are paid. Employees can elect coverage for themselves and purchase additional coverage for their spouse and eligible children. New hires may qualify for guaranteed issue coverage (up to $100,000 if under age 70) during their initial enrollment period. The policy also includes LifeEvents® long-term care benefits and can be kept if you change jobs or retire.
